Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling automatic renewal

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current trial or paid billing period, and no further charges are made after that date.

Cancel before the first charge during the seven-day free trial to avoid the recurring payment entirely.

2. Refunds

Subscription fees for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 7 days of the charge and we will review the case.
